These terms apply to your use of Elme Universe (the “Service”) — both on the website (elmeuniverse.com) and in the app that runs inside ChatGPT. By using the Service, you accept them.
1. Who provides the Service
Elme Universe (operated by: Dávid Kovács). Contact: davidkovacs@mensa.hu.
2. What the Service is
A scientifically informed personality questionnaire. It places you on 32 dimensions grouped into 8 areas, built on published models (Big Five, CHC, Schwartz values, Grit, MAAS), and shows the result as an archetype, scores and an interactive 3D map. The ChatGPT app runs the 32-question version of the same test.
3. Not a diagnosis, not professional advice
The Service is a self-knowledge and entertainment tool. It is not a psychological or medical diagnosis, not a clinical measurement, not an ability-based intelligence or EQ test, and not career, legal or financial advice. Results are based on your own self-report. Don't use them for decisions about hiring, admission, treatment or other people. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional.
4. Accounts
The test works without an account. You only need an account if you want to save your results; this requires a real email address. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.
5. The ChatGPT app
The app shows the questionnaire inside ChatGPT. Your answers are not sent to our servers; we only record anonymous counts without personal data. When you finish, a summary of your result is shared with ChatGPT so it can discuss it with you. If you open the website from the app, your answers are carried over in the link itself. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, access other users' data without permission, or use it for automated bulk querying. You may use the content for personal purposes and quote it with attribution.
7. Intellectual property
The Elme Universe name, questionnaire, texts, archetypes and graphics belong to the provider. The scientific models behind the test are based on published research.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on interpreting or using the results.
